The Squires is an introduction to hockey program for 4 year olds.
16 x 1-Hour Sessions Per Season Fees: $520 per player
Players must be 4 years of age as of December 31st (Birth year 2021).
This program is a non competative introduction to hockey. No previous hockey experience necessary.
Participants must be able to get up on their own without assistance, and should be able to "shuffle" across the ice without assistance prior to registering for the program.
This structured program teaches basic introduction to hockey through development drills from Phase 1 of Hockey Canada's Initiation Program Manual
Non-competitive fun activities are also incorporated to further development the skills that are learned
Instruction from Certified Lead Instructors (1:10 Ratio)
Squires Uniform (jersey and socks)
Group formation of 10-12 players
Cross-Ice Hockey setups for efficient use of ice
All sessions to be held on prime-time weekend ice slots
